After the virus passed, they started the installation of the new project.This is a newly constructed dairy farm(Address: Житомирська область),From design to construction, AAT completed the construction of the dairy farm in a very short time.

During this period, AAT company provided very detailed design drawings, we considered the many factors, and finally provided a customized lighting scheme.

In order to achieve the purpose of saving energy and improving production. We added Daylight Sensor to each light. The lamp will automatically adjust according to the brightness of the environment, so as to achieve the effect of energy saving

According to the professional advice provided by AAT, we divided the lights into working mode and night mode. Most cattle farms choose to turn on the lights all night, because on the one hand it is convenient for the workers to work, and on the other hand, they also feel that the cattle need lights for feeding. In fact, doing this just disrupted the photoperiod of cows and seriously affected the cow's work and rest. The first priority of cowshed lighting is not to illuminate the forage (to let the cows see and eat the grass) but hormone regulation. Because hormones first affect feed intake and then milk production.

Working mode: High-brightness environment improves work efficiency, stimulates cows to eat, and increases milk production.

Night mode:Darker environment allows cows to rest better, regulates hormone secretion, and prepares for the next round of work.

After the first stage of installation was completed, AAT was very happy to give us feedback. The customer is very satisfied with this customized lighting management solution.

A large number of test results at home and abroad show that the light management of cattle farms is currently a management measure with the highest ratio of input to output. Light management is different from other nutritional measures. It solves the problem directly by regulating the secretion of hormones. It is more direct than any nutritional measures and Effective. In summary, good light management can effectively increase milk production while reducing electricity bills and other lamp operating costs.

At present, the lighting of the cowshed and the first phase of installation have been completed, and there will be more projects in the future.
