How to unified control of factory lights?

The general industrial lighting range generally includes indoor lighting, outdoor lighting, station lighting, underground lighting, road lighting, guard lighting, obstacle lighting, etc. This article focuses on the interior lighting of the factory building.

Industrial workshops can be divided into single-storey industrial buildings and multi-storey industrial buildings according to their architectural structures. Most of the workshops of multi-storey industrial buildings are found in light industry, electronics, instrumentation, communication, medicine and other industries. The floors of such workshops are generally not very high, and their lighting design is similar to that of common scientific research laboratory buildings, and most of them use fluorescent lighting solutions. The production plants in the machining, metallurgy, textile and other industries are generally single-story industrial buildings, and according to the needs of production, more multi-span single-story industrial plants, that is, multi-span factory buildings arranged in parallel next to each other.

The lighting methods in general industrial plants can be divided into: general lighting, general lighting by partition, local lighting and mixed lighting. At the same time, different lighting methods also have different needs, which puts forward high requirements for the centralized and unified management of lighting in the workshop.

In the interior lighting of the workshop, it is generally required to adjust the brightness of the lights, and the lights can be controlled in groups. Users also want to be able to grasp the working status of lighting lamps in time, which requires that each lamp can communicate in a network.

The traditional communication mode of lamps is generally wired communication. Although wired communication has reliable communication and strong anti-interference ability, it also faces the problem of high wiring cost.
